Any person whose information is processed by TopSib Publisher may request its deletion.
1. Request by email
- Send an email to topsibcontact@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion — TopSib Publisher”.
- Include the name of the relevant Facebook account and, if applicable, the name or identifier of the relevant Facebook Page.
- Do not include a Facebook password, App Secret, or access token.
- TopSib may request reasonable verification to prevent deletion of another person's information.
Never send a password, App Secret, or access token by email.
2. What happens next
After verification, TopSib will delete the associated access tokens, identifiers, and operational information that is not required to be retained under an applicable legal obligation. The request will be processed within 30 days, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and a confirmation will be sent when the process is complete.
3. Remove Facebook authorization directly
You may also open your Facebook account settings, go to “Business Integrations”, select TopSib Publisher Test, and remove the application.
Removing the application prevents future access through the revoked authorization. To also request deletion of information already stored locally, follow the email procedure above.
