TopSib is committed to handling information used by TopSib Publisher transparently and only for the operational purposes described below.
1. Application operator and purpose
TopSib operates the TopSib Publisher Test application to manage videos on the TopSib Thailand Facebook Page. The application is an internal tool restricted to the authorized administrator of that Page.

2. Information processed
Depending on the permissions granted through Facebook, the application may process:
- The Facebook identifier and name of the administrator account used to authorize the application.
- The identifier, name, and granted permissions of the managed Facebook Page.
- Access tokens required to authenticate requests to the Meta API.
- Video files selected by the administrator.
- Video titles, descriptions, scheduled publishing times, and related publishing metadata.
- Video and post identifiers and their upload, processing, scheduling, and publishing status.
- Technical errors required for diagnostics, with secrets removed.
The application does not ask for or store the user's Facebook password. It does not collect payment information, address books, or precise location data.
3. How the information is used
The information is used only to authenticate the authorized administrator, identify the managed Facebook Page, upload and schedule requested videos, verify their processing and publication status, prevent duplicates, resume interrupted operations, and diagnose technical errors.
4. Storage and security
TopSib Publisher runs locally on the operator's computer. Operational identifiers and publication status records are stored in a local database. Access tokens are stored in the Windows credential-management facility and are not published on this website or in a public source-code repository.
Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access and prevent secrets from being written to diagnostic logs.
5. Sharing of information
Information required for publication is transmitted to Meta only to provide the Facebook services requested by the authorized administrator. TopSib does not sell, rent, or trade data obtained through the Meta API.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, continue, and verify publications. Access tokens are deleted or replaced when they are revoked, invalid, or no longer required. Information that is no longer needed is deleted within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal obligations.
7. Access, correction, and deletion
A person may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by emailing topsibcontact@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Request — TopSib Publisher”.
Never include a Facebook password, App Secret, or access token in a request.

8. Children
TopSib Publisher is an internal professional tool. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated date will be displayed on this page.
