These Terms govern the authorized use of the TopSib Publisher application.
1. Purpose
TopSib Publisher is an internal tool that allows an authorized administrator to upload, schedule, and publish videos on a Facebook Page that the administrator manages.
2. Authorized users
The application may be used only by people who have the required permissions for the relevant Facebook Page and the associated Meta application. Application credentials and access tokens must not be provided to unauthorized people.
3. Published content
The user must have the necessary rights to all videos, text, music, images, and other material submitted through the application. The user remains responsible for complying with applicable laws and with Meta and Facebook terms, standards, and policies.
4. Acceptable use
The application must not be used to access a Page without authorization, bypass a security control, publish unlawful content, or infringe the rights of another person.
5. Service operation
TopSib takes reasonable steps to operate the application reliably. However, Meta services, internet connectivity, or the local computer may experience interruptions or changes. The administrator should verify important publications using the Facebook tools available to the Page.
6. Suspension and termination
TopSib may suspend or discontinue the application to protect information, correct a technical problem, comply with an obligation, or remove an invalid authorization.
7. Privacy and deletion
The processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion requests are handled according to the procedure on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
8. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated if the application, Meta services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
